Intro to Doubles Trapeze
22nd July 2015
7:00pm – 8:30pm
Cost: £16
The basics of Doubles Trapeze – two people on the bar at once.  We’ll cover a variety of shapes, poses, flips and a drop, all with 2 people suspended from the one bar.  You need at least 6 months aerial experience and to be comfortable in Catchers for this class.

 

Simply Saltos, Silks Class
24th July 2015
7:00pm – 8:30pm
Cost: £16
A selection of Salto drops on Silks – even if you’ve never done one before, want to polish your technique, or want to string a few together, this Salto class will be for you.  You need to be able to get into Hiplock at height to join this class.

 

Intro to Doubles Silks

The basics of Doubles Silks – two people on the silk at once (…sounds similar to the class above, huh).  We’ll cover different position to base from with a variety of poses and a drop, all with 2 people suspended from the one set of silks.  You need at least 6 months aerial experience and be able to invert and wrap into Catchers in the air.

 

Time to get Dizzy – Trapeze
23rd July 2015
7:00pm – 8:30pm
Cost: £16
Lots of spinning moves around the trapeze bar – you’ll get dizzy, a variety of impressive moves (or bruises at least), and a new appreciation of physics and dynamics controlling your balance and movement.  This class is for a strong beginner to intermediate level.

 

Beautiful Beginners Trapeze
22nd July 2015
7:00pm – 8:30pm
Cost: £16
Are your angels truly angelic? Or do you shuffle around trying to get into gazelle? A class for those at beginner or improver level who want to make the basics on trapeze smooth and beautiful. We will focus on form and technique, using flowing sequences, so these moves will always look as spectacular as they should.

 

Aerial Harness Course  – Held at Full Cirqle
2nd July – 30th July 2015
7:30pm – 9:00pm
Cost: £70 for 5 weeks
The class will focus on various harness techniques – we’ll begin working in front pick up harness (similar to rock climbing harnesses) and expect a lot of swinging and spinning about and that flying feeling.

 


Fantastic Footlocks

15th July 2015
7:00pm-8:30pm
Cost: £16
Covering a whole routine from one simple footlock, we’ll see how many different shapes, poses, and transitions we can make all from that one initial lock.  This class is for beginners or improvers wanting to push there stamina for staying in the air, whilst learning a short routine to take away with you.

 

Hoop Weekend
11th & 12th July
1pm – 4pm
Cost: £54 for 2 days, £29 for 1 day
Lucy Deacon returns from her travels and will be teaching the Hoop weekend classes again, starting in July. 
Material will be pitched at a beginner to intermediate level, but a minimum of experience in static aerial is required, at least 6 months regular attendance of static aerial classes is recommended (ie. trapeze, silks, hoop, or rope).

 

Drop in Training Sessions
No need to book for these just show up early to be sure to get a place.
Open to adults with any previous aerial experience.  (Please note this is for training and practice, moves will not be taught at these sessions, but a tutor will be on hand to give advice).

Sundays at Out of the Blue

21st June – 26th July 2015
Cost: £9 for 2hrs, £5 for 1hr

Thursdays at Full Cirqle
6:00pm-7:30pm
2nd July – 30th July 2015
Cost: £7 for 1.5hrs, £5 for 1hr
