#artcore Takeover at Mcdonald Road Library

As part of the Edinburgh Youth Music Festival and in association with LeithLate and Edinburgh Libraries, #artcore will be taking over the basement of Mcdonald Road Library!

Join us for an evening of various DJ sets from young emerging artists and producers, bringing you a mix of styles all in the basement of the McDonald Road Library, as part of LeithLate. Contemporary theatre company Creative Electric will also be performing their latest devised piece Fragility, plus spoken word from Totally Sound’s Urban Word project.

Come make some noise with us as we will be taking over the basement by night!

    We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

    Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

    We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
