Are you interested in starting yoga but not sure where to begin?
I will be teaching a 6 week course in Edinburgh for complete beginners or those who have done a little but want to understand more about this practice.
We will work through meditation techniques, breathing and postures to help gain an insight into how yoga can help us increase strength, flexibility and ease in our lives.
This course will have a maximum of 6 spaces to help you feel supported and nourished as you learn under the careful guidance of a Yoga Scotland trained teacher.
