This class is part of KICC Active Lothian. It is a gentle, seated Pilates class for people living with long term health conditions.
The class aims to improve posture, ease of motion, flexibility, develop bodily awareness and generally improve overall feelings of well-being.
The classes are designed to be gentle and considerate of the needs of people with varying levels of mobility and experience. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing & socks.
