Rise of Dawn Yoga – Flow Yoga

This class is for anyone interested in Yoga and welcomes complete beginners to advanced yoga practitioners I aim to create a comfortable and relaxed environment so you can really experiment with your body/movement/breath. We will use strong and flowing poses to build strength and stability, leaving plenty of time for deep stretching and opening, followed by a blissful relaxation. Leave feeling more balanced, open and relaxed.
