In this Vinyasa Flow Class we will learn how to link breath with movement with your practice and learn being present as you move confidently and gracefully in and out of poses.
This upbeat, creative class you will learn different flow sequences to enhance your practice and encourage relaxation.
This class is fun, energetic and suitable for all levels.
