Free Introductory Vinyasa Flow & Ashtanga Yoga Workshops

6:00-6:45pm & 7:00-7:45pm

Two mini introductory yoga workshops for anyone new to yoga or keen to start a regular yoga practice. Both workshops are open to all levels and beginners are welcome. 

Vinyasa Flow 6:00-6:45 pm
In this workshop you will learn the foundations of yoga postures, sun salutations and flow sequence to build heat, flexibility and strength in the body and linking breath with movement to calm the mind.

Ashtanga Yoga 7:00-7:45 pm
In this workshop you will learn the foundations of yoga postures taken from the primary series where there will be focus on a dynamic practice of sun salutations and set sequences to build heat, flexibility and strength in the body and help link the conscious breath with movement to calm the mind. The Ashtanga yoga practice will provide support and give guidance on adjustments to help students get the most from their practice.

Experienced yoga instructor Tara enjoys helping people find their confidence and flow in yoga and offers a supportive environment and guidance to help students really progress and get the most out of their practice.

Advance booking is recommended as spaces are limited. Please email tyogaclasses@gmail.com to reserve your space, stating which workshop you would like to attend.

    Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.
