ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
Katherine Emtage has been designing and making bags for five years. Inspired by the beautiful natural tweed fabric of the Scottish Highlands and the landscape, she uses natural fabrics exclusively sourced in the north of Scotland from mills no longer in operation. The shapes of her collection are strong & simple with a 1940s styled Shoulder / Clutch bag range featuring her signature tweed fabric with satin ribbon and vintage button detailing. The collection also boasts a range of co-ordinating accessories. Tweed cuffs, satin and velvet ribbon-wear and sparkling hair ties are adorned with organza roses and lady bow detailing in beautiful vintage colours. Her latest range is the 'Dolly Tweed Shoulder Bag.'
