Edinburgh's out of the blue was established in 1994, with the aim of making the arts more accessible. We are based in Dalmeny Street, Edinburgh and stage a diverse range of events, establish projects and offer facilities to the local and artistic community.
Our trading arm The Bongo Club, generates income to support out of the blue.

The New Street Studios and the Drill Hall accommodate more than sixty studios housing a range of resident artists of all media.

R E C Y C L I N G   &   F U N D R A I S I N G   A P P E A L 

out of the blue is collecting used printer cartridges from computers and 
unwanted mobile phones (with accessories if possible) to recycle and thereby 
raise funds for out of the blue projects. 

If you have printer cartridges or mobile phones to recycle you can collect 
FREEPOST pre-addresssed envelopes from the following Edinburgh City Libraries 
Blackhall, Morningside, Newington, Potobello, Piershill and Stockbridge. 
Or to request FREEPOST bags to be sent to you or to arrange for a collection box 
at your office contact dana@outoftheblue.org.uk 

It couldn’t be easier to do your bit for the environment and support out of 
the blue at the same time.

Contact Dana if you would like more information about this appeal or if you 
know of anyone else, friends, workmates or the company you work for who might 
have printer cartridges or phones they need to get rid of and Dana will send 
you more envelopes with the out of the blue code number on them!
