Ashtanga Yoga – all levels (by T-Yoga)

This Ashtanga Yoga class is an ideal progression after a beginners course or generally for anyone who wishes to develop their practice or revisit fundamental principles.

Building on foundations of the Ashtanga primary series we will cover sun salutations, work on our postures and develop new variations to enhance practice and encourage relaxation.

The class is fun, interactive and suitable for all levels, but ideally with some previous yoga experience.
