Laughter yoga is good for the mind, good for the heart and good for the soul. You feel human, you feel divine. A great way to start your week.
Tones abdominal muscles and facial muscles, assists breathing, beats depression and stress, boosts immune system and makes you feel fantastic.
FREE to all. Donations accepted towards room hire.
