Current term: 23rd August -14th December 2019

Music therapy is a flexible approach to using music to help people express themselves, to explore feelings and to communicate with others. This group is open to physically disabled adults and no previous musical training is needed. All are welcome, whether you have played music for years or it is your first time to hold an instrument.
The content of the music therapy sessions is led by the group, with a choice of musical activities available including singing, playing instruments, improvising, song-writing, recording and listening to and discussing music. Please contact the group leader Akin at the Ecas office on 0131 475 2344 for further details.
We are most grateful for support for this group provided by the People’s Postcode Lottery.
Please contact the Ecas office for price information.
