Edinburgh Green Tease: Social Sustainability with Out of the Blue

Monday 29th September 2014
5pm-7pm, pre-registration required for this event

In the September edition of our regular Green Tease events, we’ll be hearing from Rob Hoon from Out of the Blue, about the work they do as an artistic social enterprise. As well as operating in a sustainable manner, the organisation also aims to provide economic, cultural, social and educational opportunities to the local Edinburgh community. Rob will be speaking about what they have achieved with regard to their social value, and how they connect their various objectives together, and we’ll expand the discussion to examine the diverse ways that people are thinking about social sustainability in the arts, and how this complements environmental approaches in the creative industries.

If you would like to attend, please RSVP to catriona.patterson@creativecarbonscotland.com
