Two day workshops designed to map out your internal landscape using the complementary practices of meditation and art. By noticing the subtle mind states that inform our thoughts and actions, with the art giving weight to our stories, the aim of the workshop is to provide a set of practical tools to help you access the contemplative and creative aspects of yourself on a regular basis.
EILEEN HALL is a trained meditation guide, wellbeing consultant and artist whose work is informed by states of consciousness and spaces of wellbeing.
