Shoulder and back flexibility workshop with Kalina Suter

10am - 12 noon, £20
As aerialists work to develop strong shoulders and backs, this can often result in restricted flexibility in those areas. Students will be given a wide range of tools and tricks to safely open their upper back and shoulders. This will encompass a combination of mobilization techniques, passive and active flexibility. This workshop will be aimed at aerialists but will be beneficial to anyone wishing to improve their flexibility. All levels welcome!
