The monthly Flea Market is held on the last Saturday of every month from 10am – 3pm.  

IMPORTANT: Please read the Flea Market Terms and Conditions before booking a stall.

  • Booking for the last Saturday of each month starts at 10am on the first Saturday of each month. – Pitches must be paid for in advance, we accept payment over the phone (0131 555 7100) or in person.
  • Fee is £25 for 6’x8’ pitch. £5 charge for table or rail. Your fee includes VAT at 20%.
  • Fees are non refundable or transferable.
  • We need your name and address (for market license purposes) and a contact phone number.
  • Due to high demand for pitches no stall holders will be permitted to book every market or more than two pitches per market.

  • Covid-19 restrictions

    The Out of the Blue Drill Hall is open for appropriately social distanced and much needed conviviality and activity.

    We are now bringing back events, classes, workshops, and exhibitions in line with Scottish Government guidelines.

    The Drill Hall cafe will be closed on Wednesday 22nd December and reopens on Wednesday 5th January.

    Over the course of 2021 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

    We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

    Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

    We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
