you have to forgive me, you have to forgive me, you have to forgive me

7 August 11am-8pm
Drill Hall Cutting Room

In the words of Carrie Bradshaw (2004): “They say that the unexamined life is not a life worth living. But what if examining becomes our life: is that living, or just procrastinating?”

you have to forgive me, you have to forgive me, you have to forgive me is a durational, one-to-one watching of Sex & The City exploring intimacy, isolation and the pervasive legacy of Carrie Bradshaw ten years after going off television. Hop into bed with Brian to discover the effect of television and binge watching on our sex lives, on our psyches, and in our shoes.

Over the course of 2024 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
