Morning Yoga: Wednesdays 10.30 – 11.30am
Hatha Yoga: Thursdays 7.45 – 8.45pm

Heartfelt yoga classes for yogis at all levels.
These are recurring classes so you can drop in when you are free or come every week.
The classes are suitable for most levels of experience and physical ability.
A mix of styles is taught so there is something for everyone.
