‘We are sick of it, being ignored. Sick of it, being indoors’.

A site-specific play staged in a boxing gym, based on interviews with Muslim female boxers, No Guts, No Heart, No Glory is devised in collaboration with four 16-19 year old Muslim female performers and explores being young, fearless and doing the unexpected. With a live electronic sound score, epic visual design, cinematic lighting and the energy of a club, this will be a memorable experience that positions young Muslim women as champions in a fun, bold new world.

Over the course of 2023 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
