Demystifying Death: Information Drop-in

Friday 5th May 2023
11am - 1pm, free drop-in session

For Demystifying Death Week this year Pushing Up The Daisies is arranging a “demystifying death tour” around Scotland

Authors Lin Carruthers and Kate Clark will be available to talk about their new book – Slow Down When Someone Dies.

They will be joined by a representative from Caledonia Funeral Aid and researcher Alex Mascolo to answer any questions you have about death, dying or bereavement.

This will be an informal drop in, so feel free to grab a coffee and join us for a chat!

Over the course of 2023 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
