Make Your Own Lampshade

Friday 22nd March 2019
7.30pm - 9pm, £20

By the end of the workshop you will be able to take home your own hand made 20cmx20cm drum lampshade, suitable for either a pendant or table light fitting.

All the materials needed to make a standard drum lampshade will be supplied, plus a selection of fabrics for you to choose from. If you are feeling creative please feel welcome to bring your own fabric to match your decor etc. It must be 25cmx65cm minimum. A firm cotton works best. If you have any questions about fabric then do get in touch

£20.00 includes everything you need to make your lampshade.
Additional lampshade kits will be available to purchase at the end of class.

    We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

    Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.
