Architecture Fringe: Crumble Magazine Project

Saturday 9th June 2018
3pm - 6pm, free entry

Crumble Magazine are holding an afternoon of open discussion to create an architectural ‘magazine wall’ full of your ideas responding to our theme ‘Conflict / Resolution’

Featuring Holly Baker, Daniel Anderson, Alex Abadjieva, Kirstin Forsyth, Ivy Pottinger-Glass, Thomas Scott, Cecile Ngoc Suong Perdu, Angus Henderson

Crumble’s method revolves around creation through discussion; the Crumble Magazine Project will involve open discussion and collaborative creation, leading to a ‘magazine wall’ full of ideas all in a single afternoon! The theme of the latest issue is ‘Conflict/Resolution’: how does conflict manifest on a local, national and international level and how do we even start resolving it? The afternoon’s challenge will be shaping these ideas into paragraphs, poems, doodles and illustrations, which we can bring together for reflection and consideration at the end of the day.

This event is in conjunction with Crumble’s third issue ‘Conflict / Resolution’, due to launch June 2018.

Over the course of 2024 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
