Feed the 1000

A fantastic event organised by Changeworks

Come and join us for a free Sunday lunch! We want to feed 1000 people food that would have otherwise gone to waste by turning it into a delicious feast for all.

Besides a delicious free lunch, there will be:

Cookery demonstrations
Foodie films
Food juggling and face painting
Salad planting
Foodie freebies and more!

You can get a free lunch from 12 noon to 3pm on Sunday 6 May at any of the following venues:

Out of the Blue Drill Hall, 36 Dalmeny Street, Leith, EH6 8RG
Leith Community Croft, Leith Links
The Citadel Youth Centre, 175 Commercial Street, EH6 6JE

No need to book – just come along! B.Y.O.B.K.F.S (Bring your own box, knife, fork, spoon!)

    Over the course of 2024 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

    We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

    Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

    We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
