Saturday 12th October 2019
12pm - 4.30pm, free entry

Come along to find some great clothes, toys, books, DVDs, kitchen utensils and other stuff for FREE!

This family friendly event aims at bringing diverse communities together to swap clothes and other items, and reduce the amount of textile produced and landfilled. Come and help the planet by reducing waste! Everything will be available at NO COST.

You will find a great selection:

• Women’s, Men’s & Children’s clothes
• Toys
• Books, CDs & DVDs
• Kitchen utensils

Complimentary snacks and refreshment will be provided. This will happen alongside Out of the Blue’s Bruncheon music event, so there will be live music too!

All welcome! Please bring your own bags.

Bring along items to swap and exchange or you can bring it beforehand at ELREC, 14 Forth Street, EH1 3LH.

The Big Swap Event is a public event and photographs and films will be taken for use for marketing and publicity uses and in social media.

Over the course of 2024 Out of the Blue will continue to offer opportunities for artists and members of the community to learn, participate and earn income.

We use the space we have developed in 6 buildings in Edinburgh for studios, workshops, classes, projects, exhibitions, social enterprises, events, clubs, music making, markets, a cafe and more.

Our all year round activity helps create the culture of the city, supporting the local economy and having positive social impact for the thousands of individuals and organisations we work with.

We would humbly accept a financial donation, however small, in support of our work.
