Bruncheon featuring Hot Tin Roof, Zoe Moskal and Candythief

Saturday 14th October 2017
11.30am - 2.30pm

A cracking line-up for our October Bruncheon put together by special guest programmer Candythief who will also be hitting the stage! Come along for top-notch live music, great food, and excellent company!

Hot Tin Roof

Blues and groove influenced guitarist Andy Challen of Hot Tin Roof, an Edinburgh based duo, will be playing instrumental rootsy arrangements ranging from gently insistant riffs to languid licks, propulsive grooves and driving runs. Prepare for your feet to tap along to the infectious catchy melodies, as he plays brand new material hot off the press. hottinroofblues.co.uk

Zoe Moskal

A diverse palette of influences colour Zoe’s sound from old-school rock to indie, psychedelia, classical, folk and symphonic metal. Striking arrangements and song structures, and a clarion-clear distinctive vocal characterise a musically dynamic set that will instantly captivate listeners. Bruncheoners will be treated to brand new material as well as songs from a debut EP, Running Through The Dark, which you can check out here: zoemoskal.co.uk

Candythief

BBC Introducing artist Candythief, aka anglo-euro songwriter Diana de Cabarrus, first emerged in association with Fife micro label Fence records. Drawing on alternative, acoustic, psych pop, indie influences with a touch of chanson, the songs are melody-driven, occasionally theatrical, hopping between styles, and coloured by unusual song-structures and a lively performance style.
